Tricky. Thinking about this one. Bring the book on Tuesday and we'll work something out.

which one are you thinking about? The allocation of points for marks?
I think the other question is a nonesense in hindsight. i'll just take multiple squads of 1 man/woman

On reflection, I think marks should be bought once for each unit type, but as it's so close to start time, I will say once each for Core and Special, so if Core troops get a mark, it comes from Core, if Special troops get it, it comes from Special. If both groups get it, you have to pay twice!

Of course, marks will eat points and seriously reduce troop numbers when we're only playting 200 point games.

that's cool. Makes more sense. The warband is tiny anyway :D although this'll drop it from 8 to 7 models!

What happens with upgrades? Most of the Bret stuff allows me to upgrade someone with in a unit to a leader? Do I need to buy a minimum of two models or are we not bothered as mimimum restrictions aren't applying?

as i understand it, you don't need multiple models in a unit

Ok so basically I just upgrade the single model to a leader? Sorry reasons I'm saying its that its free and for Bretonnians the rules say 'I must upgrade one member of the unit to a leader', if its only one man in the unit the presumably I can just upgrade him?

Haha, does that mean that if all models are treated as a separate unit, you could upgrade them all for free? :D

Ahh see thats the ultimate interpretation:) Compromise could be is that I could do it once per unit type maybe?
