Rich, I wouldnt worry so much about not knowing the rules. Pretty much all the rest of the people on the Tale have played 3+ games and given that there will be at least 4 games, assuming that the original 8 all make it, there will be enough people kicking about.

As it happens 750 games are usually short enough to get two games in.

Random works for me. I'm more than happy to miscast catastrophically against anybody!

Meanwhile... Empire are German? Okay, but that means we're good at taking penalties, right?

A map! Huzzah! No rivers because my ham fisted attempts looked bloody awful! But still, a map!

Town names are inspired by the twin towns of Basingstoke and the (roughly) geographical equivalents of surrounding towns.
Play with Babelfish for some dull hill and forest names (not quite so dull when they've been translated into foreign.

Sorry it's so basic but my photoshop skills are f@cKin' awful. Must have a play around to improve!

Right... only a few days to go until the next milestone is nigh - will we be doing random opponents as with last time, or should we be hawking our availability?

I think all the milestones nights are random.

I won't have much more done than this Tuesday I'm afraid. Life is getting in the way so much just now.

I'm worried I may not make RR even.

As Poi says its all random on the milestone evenings.

I believe there will be a bunch of WFB players not on the tale getting involved as well so it could be a very interesting evening. I will be setting the mission and adding an extra bit to the game to try and spice things up, this is if I have time over the weekend. As it stands I have to fully paint 7 ghouls and 1 Necro, part paint 7 ghouls and base probably 45 models.

Challenging at the best of times but as I am working tonight, all day out tomorrow and possibly out most of Sunday the standard of my painting might be sub par on my last models in the rush (which will suck). However next month I should have so little to do that I will be able to sort that out.

I dont want people playing the watchtower on Milestone night, it just ends far too quickly and is too dull imo, which is why I am picking the scenario.
