Hello, I'm Adam...

I know of Sad Muppets through the GW site (I think?) because I was looking for a place to game when I'm in Basingstoke. I live in Wiltshire, near Warminster. I'm in Basingstoke occasionally because of my nan lives up there, and we visit her most weeks.

I play 40k and Flames of War, I'm not the best at either (only just learning the rules for FOW). 40k I try to play as often as possible, I have 2 pretty sizable armies, I don't even want to work out the Marine army, at last count it was just under 12,000pts, that was back in '09! Yes, I waste too much money on it..

I'm currently 17 and I'm in 6th form, studying Design, Maths and ICT.

So.. Yeah, thats me...

See you around!

Hi All

I'm Terry, moved down from Scotland a few months back and looking for a games club in the area, I found Church St models and they pointed me in your direction. I currently travel home once a month to see the wife and kids so I have alot of time on my hands. I've played 40K and Fantasy on and off for years with a spattering of other games like Action under sail and Rapid Fire WW2. All I need is some good directions to find you as I know little of Baisingstoke ( it took me an hour to find GW on Saturday). If you could provide some fool proof directions to your establishment I will try to make an apearance.

Regards Terry

Games and collections:- 40K, Black Templars, Tyranids, Orcs, Imperial guard. Fantasy, Ogre Kingdoms, Tomb Kings. Rapid fire, British/German. Action under sail, British/French.

Hi Terry,

Welcome & feel free to come and meet us, here is a link to the map & other details. We meet from 7pm every Tuesday
http://www.sadmuppets.org/about_us.html

Glebe hall is behind the Church, from Eastrop roundabout going west go through the tunnel under the town centre and imediately turn left into church Street, go past Pizza hut & Marks & Spencers on your left and the church on your right, then turn right after the church and then right again into the car park behiund the church.
Glebe hall is behind the larger hall, down the side follow the car park round and then past 2 houeses in the corner and Glebe Hall is in the other corner.
Alternatively look for people with gaming cases and you will know you are in the right place.

We play mainly 40k & Fantasy and some other games as well

This might be easier to follow... Glebe hall is a tart to try and find...

If you can find Pizza Hut and the back entrance to Marks and Spencer this map will see you true...
